About Sam The Lasagna Lady®
More than lasagna. A layered way of seeing what is possible. For more than two and a half decades, Sam The Lasagna Lady® has taken one familiar food and transformed it into a platform for creativity, entrepreneurship, leadership, community, and impact. What began with a few original lasagna creations has grown into hundreds of recipes, business concepts, teaching ideas, and what Sam calls The Lasagna Lens®, a way of looking at people, problems, leadership, and opportunity through layers. Sam is a chef, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and builder of ideas. Through food, mentoring, media, books, business development, and speaking, she helps people see beyond what is in front of them and ask a better question: What can I build from what I already have? Her work is rooted in one simple belief: A single ingredient can become a layer. A layer can become an experience. An experience can create connection, and connection can build something much bigger.
