Sam...The Lasagna Lady in Hampton Roads

Hello Hampton Roads, its Sam...The Lasagna Lady!  

My name is Samantha A. Peavy (formally Kendall).  It's nice to meet you and embrace my new hometown State.  I feel a part of the Hampton Roads family.  Thank you for a heartfelt welcome! 


Moving to Hampton Roads has brought me more friends, community and you!  I'm honored to share my love for lasagna, family, friends, and community.  

I have a variety of lasagna dishes including entrees made with Shrimp, some with Salmon, and many other iterations of one of America's greatest traditional dishes in unique offerings! 

Before and during my relocation to Virginia, I came up with more lasagna varieties including expanding my line of cupcake lasagnas -Shrimp & Spinach Lasagna Cupcakes with Creamy Kamuta Sauce (picture top left 2nd and 4th) topped with Gyokuro.  Gykuro is a loose leaf tea that can be used for salads, shrimp or your favorite pasta dish.
