Cooking Tip -Bloomingdale's Live Cooking Demonstration & Book Signing

Had a great time with everyone at the Bloomingdale's Cooking Demonstration & Book Signing!  Featuring our Award winning Black Bean BBQ Chili Lasagna w/Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage!

Lasagna Cooking Tip:  When using fresh pasta for your lasagna dish, always place your favorite or homemade sauce (3 to 4 TBS. depending on the size of pan)  on the bottom of the pan underneath the first layer.
 
This will prevent the bottom noodle from sticking to the bottom of the pan!
