Lasagna Wisdom teaches that leadership is not linear.

The Noodle Layer: Structure.  Leadership collapses without structure.
Boards, teams, families—everyone needs something to rest on.
 
The Cheese Layer: Warmth.  Warmth at the wrong time melts.  Warmth at the right time binds.
 
The Sauce Layer: Empathy. Empathy doesn’t fix everything, but it keeps the whole dish from drying out.
