My Trash Can Lasagna taught me something quietly profound:
Every layer must carry its own weight, yet also support the whole. Every ingredient had a job.
Each part was distinct—yet none tried to overshadow the other. That’s structural integrity. Good companies work the same way. You don’t build strength by flattening differences. You build strength by layering them, respecting them, and letting each sector—operations, customer service, HR, finance—hold its rightful place. Leadership lesson #1: A business stands tall when every layer is allowed to stand strong. With Purpose, Sam The Lasagna Lady®
