My Trash Can Lasagna taught me something quietly profound:
Every layer must carry its own weight, yet also support the whole.
 
Every ingredient had a job.

• The collard greens added grounding.
• The sweet potatoes offered warmth and a hint of sweetness.
• The mac ’n cheese brought body—a richness that wrapped around everything else.
• The roasted chicken delivered the protein backbone.
• The dressing added nostalgia and structure.
• The Alfredo was the glue.
• The micro-kale was the unexpected pop of brightness.

 
Each part was distinct—yet none tried to overshadow the other.
That’s structural integrity.
Good companies work the same way.

You don’t build strength by flattening differences. You build strength by layering them, respecting them, and letting each sector—operations, customer service, HR, finance—hold its rightful place.
