When I began writing my new book, Book Strategy Manual: Layering Book Writing Through Lasagna, I didn’t plan for lasagna to become the guiding metaphor of the entire process. But somewhere between the sauce and the structure, I discovered that lasagna — with all its layers, textures, and warmth — is the perfect way to understand how we build stories, businesses, and even faith.
